How do I place an order?
Simply select your size and add the item to your bag, then proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to help. Please email contact@hamore.co.uk with your order number and our team will guide you through the return process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay for a fast and secure checkout.
All transactions are encrypted and securely processed. We do not store your payment details.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, we offer flexible payment options through Klarna and Shop Pay, allowing you to split your purchase into interest-free instalments.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders are typically delivered within 2–4 working days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
We offer complimentary UK delivery on orders over £100.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we focus on UK delivery. International shipping options will be available soon.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Do you offer exchanges?
We offer size exchanges only, subject to stock availability. For a different style or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.
Are your sizes true to fit?
Yes, our pieces are designed to fit true to the UK size. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
How should I care for my items?
Care instructions are included on the label of each garment. We recommend washing on a gentle cycle at low temperatures and air drying to maintain the quality of the fabric. Following them will help preserve the quality and fit of your pieces.
