Returns

We hope you love your Hamoré pieces. If not, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unworn, unwashed and in original condition. 

- Free from any marks, including makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other body products. 

- Returned with all original tags attached and packaging intact. 

- Tried on with underwear for hygiene purposes. 

- Items must be return in the same condition in which they were received. 

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear, damage or alterations. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We are happy to assist by arranging a return label upon request. The cost will be deducted from your refund and is aligned with our standard delivery fee. 

Returns must be sent using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us via the Contact page on our website within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us via the Contact page as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We’ll make it right.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your order and place a new one.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, in line with UK Customer Contracts Regulations.
